Superfoods

Planet Earth is truly an amazing wonder. The most lush and abundant planet in the Milky Way Galaxy teeming with exquisite flora and fauna that thrives with life and diversity under this heavenly blue sky.

With the coming of modernization, and an ever increasing demand brought upon us by a growing mass population, we highlight the topic of what we are growing and feeding the beings of this realm.

You are what you eat is a true aphorism. The great modern demand for food production has brought along with it some grave sacrifices in the nutritional values within our foods. The food we consume is grown in soil severely depleted of vital nutrients and minerals necessary in the sustainment of good health. Mass production farmers must also protect themselves from an array of ailments that can occur with their now massively grown stocks, so unfortunately the application of poisons and pesticides have become the solution they have resorted to.

Along with the obstacles brought upon us by these new demands and challenging integration into modern times, new counter options and solutions have also been given space to blow and grow. The same foods we find accessible and consume today contain astonishing lower levels nutrition-wise in comparison to the ones on the market during the youth of our our grandparents. However, we do possess another solution in this new age that will surpass the advantages our grandparents had over us, and that is the edible supplementation and of concentration of the superstars of our planet, our superfoods.
It is challenging in modern times, with our severe detachment from nature, that we eat the right mix of fruits, vegetables, and other foods in a perfect combination that satisfies the correct balance of nutrition we need on a daily basis. Superfoods have a mind blowing source of concentrated vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, fiber, and essential amino acids that feed life perfectly. Superfoods provide us with the opportunity to replenish ourselves with superb nutrition and live enzymes for every function within our cells. Straight out of Mother Nature’s oven for us.

We live amongst tragic times where most humans have become dependent and addicted to cooked foods, not to mention poisoned by the by-products from processing and preservation methods bestowed on almost all conventional foods available to us today. We should understand the fact that when food is cooked over 100 degrees Fahrenheit destruction of phytonutrients, along with the loss of digestive enzymes and protein, occur. If you use a microwave you basically destroy everything within seconds. All this results in foods void of anything substantial for our bodies to assimilate nutritionally.
We owe it to ourselves and our children the strength to end this nutritional starvation. Learn to implement not only more natural habits and a balanced biodynamic organic diet, but also a journey to the mountain top by embracing, respecting, and adorning these gems from our planet literally into our beings.

Human capacity and vitality is breathtaking. We can learn to change our diets, as well as supplement ourselves with nutritional powerhouses like superfoods, however, we must not overlook and neglect the years of inflicted abuse on our systems by our former wrong ways of living. Know that you have the capacity to free yourself of addiction and get clean for a new state of being. The time to be enlightened is now. Once you embrace the cleansing properties of these planetary gifts you will reap the benefits of the true value and beauty that they have to offer us.
